A warm smooth chocolate cake with crushed cookies. |
Preparation Time - 5 Minutes
Ingridents :
- 3 tbsp Full Cream Milk
- 4 tbsp all Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Refined Oil
- 2 Cookies (Oreo)
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Cup white or Any other Chocolate Chips
Directions :
- Combine milk & Chocolate chips In a large Sized microwave safe coffee Mug.
- Microwave It for about 45 Seconds.
- Mix with a whisk until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Add baking powder, Oil & flour and whisk the mixture until it get smooth.
- Beat the cookies Into small parts and add the crushed cookies to mixture.
- Cook for about 1 minute In microwave.
- Let cake cool for some time before eating.
- Cake is best when it is still warm or you can serve chill by refrigerating it.
