Chilli Cheese Toast



Chilli Cheese Toast

It is a popular breakfast item or It can be had as a snack.                                 
Course : Snack
Prepration Time:   20 - 25 Minutes
Ingredients : 
  • Breads  -  10 Slices
  • Cheese -  1.5 Cups
  • Green Chili - 5-6
  • Onion   - 1 Large Size
  • Peppercorn - 1 teasp
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves - 1/2 of Medium Bunch
  • Capsicum - 1 Medium Size
  • Salt - Acc to Taste
Method of Preparation :
  1. Remove the Stems , wash and finely chopped green chili. Wash , clean and chop coriander leaves. Peel and chop Onions. Wash, halve , dressed and chop Capsicum.
  2. Take a bowl, mix green chilli, cheese, coriander leafs, capsicum, onion, crushed paper corns & Salt. Divide the whole mixture Into 10 equal parts.
  3. Toast the bread slices on One side on tawa..
  4. Apply the cheese mixture on non-toasted side of bread slice. Preheat oven up to (180 degree Celsius).
  5. Grill In the preheated oven (180 degree Celsius) till all the cheese melts and turn golden brown In color.
  6. Cut each of the slices diagonally Into two parts and serve them with the sauces of your choice.
  7. Serve with Love :)
