Nutri Kulcha Recipe - Nutritional Diet





Prepration Time :

  • 20 Minutes for Nutri


Ingredients :

  • 100 gm Nutri(Soya Chunks)
  • 3 Onion med size
  • 3 Big Tomatoes
  • 3 tblsp vegetable oil
  • 2-3 Green Chilies
  • 2 tblsp Tomato puree & sauce
  • 1 tblsp Garlic paste 
  • 1 tblsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1 Pinch of Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tblsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tblsp Jeera
  • 1 tblsp Dhaniya Powder
  •  Coriander for garnishing

Method To Prepare Nutri :

  • Take the Nutri In a Pan and boil It for 2 minutes
  • Drain the whole water and squeeze them & Keep them aside.
  • Grind all the tomatoes and Onions separately In a mixer.
  • Put the pan on flame and pour oil Into It. 
  • Put jeera In the pan , then add the paste of Onions.
  • Fry it until it get golden brown in color & then add tomato paste , garlic paste.
  • Fry them for 2 min and then add all Masala and stir It continuously
  • Add the Nutries and mix It with the paste.
  • Add Soya & Tomato sauce , Tomato puree .
  • Fry the whole mixture till it leave the Oil.
  • At last garnish It with Coriander leaves 
  • Serve the hot & delicious Nutri with Kulche or Breads & Springed Onions
