Hyderabadi Biryani


Cooking & Preparation Time - 1 Hour
Serving - 2

Ingredients - 

  • 1 Kg of Meat
  • 1 tbsp red chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 4-5 sticks of Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of green chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp sauteed brown Onions for taste
  • 1/2 tbsp of Elichi Powder
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 4 tbsp butter or ghee
  • 1 tsp saffron
  • 250 gm of curd
  • 5 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of Oil 
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 750 gm (approx) half fried rice.
How to make Hyderabadi Biryani :
  • Take meat and clean It properly and cut It into medium pieces. Then In a pan add meat, red chilli paste, salt, cumin seeds, cinnamon, green chilli paste, browned onions, elichi powder, cloves, nutmeg powder.
  • Now add butter or ghee, half cooked rice, water, curd, saffron, oil and mix It properly, so that all the Ingredients are mixed together.
  • In order to cook It well, apply sticky dough on the outer side of pan and place a lid over It, so that air won't come out.
  • Now cook It for 25 minutes.
  • Now the biryani Is ready to serve.
  • Garnish It with coriander , spring onions and tomato.
  • Its easy to make and delicious.
