Ingredients -
- 1 Kg of Meat
- 1 tbsp red chilli paste
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 4-5 sticks of Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of green chilli paste
- 2 tbsp sauteed brown Onions for taste
- 1/2 tbsp of Elichi Powder
- 4-5 Cloves
- 1 tsp nutmeg powder
- 4 tbsp butter or ghee
- 1 tsp saffron
- 250 gm of curd
- 5 tsp of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of Oil
- 1/2 cup of water
- 750 gm (approx) half fried rice.
How to make Hyderabadi Biryani :
- Take meat and clean It properly and cut It into medium pieces. Then In a pan add meat, red chilli paste, salt, cumin seeds, cinnamon, green chilli paste, browned onions, elichi powder, cloves, nutmeg powder.
- Now add butter or ghee, half cooked rice, water, curd, saffron, oil and mix It properly, so that all the Ingredients are mixed together.
- In order to cook It well, apply sticky dough on the outer side of pan and place a lid over It, so that air won't come out.
- Now cook It for 25 minutes.
- Now the biryani Is ready to serve.
- Garnish It with coriander , spring onions and tomato.
- Its easy to make and delicious.
