Preparation Time - 30 Minutes
Serves - 12 to 15
Ingredients For The Cake -
- Butter 2 sticks
- 5 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup water
- 2 Cups of all purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup of buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Almonds, Cashew, Nuts(Hand full)
Preparation for the Fudge Cake -
- Take a large bowl , mix sugar & flour Into It. Then put a medium size saucepan on a medium flame and mix cocoa, water and butter.
- Boil the mixture well and pour It on the sugar/flour mixture. Mix It well and add baking soda, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
- Now pour It Into a 10*12 pan , apply some butter at the bottom and sides of the pan, & bake It for 30 Minutes at 350 degree C temp.
Preparation for the Fudge Icing-
- Take a medium saucepan, combine cocoa, butter & milk. Bring the mixture to boil.
- Remove from flame and add crushed/powdered sugar and stir It well until the whole sugar melts and mixture becomes smooth.
- While stirring add some vanilla and dry fruits and then pour It over cake.
- Serve It chilled after refrigerating with love. :)
