Kadai Paneer (Restaurant Style)

One of the top favorite dish of Indians In Restaurant style 

Preparation Time - 20 Minutes

Cooking Time - 25 to 30 Minutes

Serves - 4

Ingredients -

  • 500 gm Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 small size Capsicum
  • 2 Dried Red Chilies 
  • 2 tbsp Coriander seeds(crushed)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 5-6 Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 1 Medium Onion (Sliced)
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2 Piece Cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 
How to prepare kadai Paneer-





  • Take Kadai and pour Oil In It. Put flame on medium. Add cinnamon, crushed coriander seeds, bay leaves & red dried chillies broken Into two parts. Fry It for half a minute.
  • Add Onions and paste of ginger & garlic to the kadai and Cook It till the mixture gets golden brown In color.

  • Add Chopped tomatoes & Capsicum,  Red chilli powder & Coriander powder. And Cook It on high flame for 5 minutes

  • Now add Paneer( 1 Inch Cubes & Triangles) , Salt and half Cup of water to the mixture.
  • Cook It for 5 Minutes on low flame and cover the kadai with a lid. Now at last garnish the hot kadai paneer with coriander leaves and serve It with Naan or  Rotis.
