Preparation Time - 20 Minutes
Cooking Time - 25 to 30 Minutes
Serves - 4
Ingredients -
- 500 gm Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 small size Capsicum
- 2 Dried Red Chilies
- 2 tbsp Coriander seeds(crushed)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 5-6 Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 1 Medium Onion (Sliced)
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Bay Leaf
- Salt to Taste
- 2 Piece Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Take Kadai and pour Oil In It. Put flame on medium. Add cinnamon, crushed coriander seeds, bay leaves & red dried chillies broken Into two parts. Fry It for half a minute.
- Add Onions and paste of ginger & garlic to the kadai and Cook It till the mixture gets golden brown In color.
- Add Chopped tomatoes & Capsicum, Red chilli powder & Coriander powder. And Cook It on high flame for 5 minutes
- Now add Paneer( 1 Inch Cubes & Triangles) , Salt and half Cup of water to the mixture.
- Cook It for 5 Minutes on low flame and cover the kadai with a lid. Now at last garnish the hot kadai paneer with coriander leaves and serve It with Naan or Rotis.
