For chilly winter. Chicken soup Is one of the most comforting food which keeps you warm and hydrated. Its simple and light and takes few minutes of Preparation . Its healthy and nutritious . Just follow the simple Steps.
Ingredients -
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube
- 3/4 Pieces of Chicken (Neck and Wings)
- 1 small piece of Ginger
- 1 tsp Wheat flour
- Salt for taste
- 5 Garlic Pods
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion (med size)
- 1/2 tbsp masala milk powder
- 2 tbs of Milk
- 1 tbsp Jeera(Cumin Seeds)
- Coriander for garnish
HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SOUP :
- Take a bowl. Add chicken Pieces, 2 pods of garlic, Ginger, 1/2 tsp salt and bring It to boil.
- Then take a vessel and put It on on a medium flame. Add Oil, 3 pods of garlic(sliced), Jeera and stir It till It gets golden brown.
- Add Wheat flour and stir It well.
- Now strain the boiled water and keep the chicken Pieces aside and Shred the Chicken Pieces.

- Add this water to the vessel and let all the Ingredients cook together.
- Add 1/2 tsp of Masala milk powder to mixture and One Chicken stock Cube for flavor. When done with this. Then add Milk and stir It continuously.
- Now at last add the shredded chicken and stir the mixture properly.
- Serve Hot and garnish It with Coriander leaves.
