Winter's Special - Easy Chicken Soup



For chilly winter. Chicken soup Is one of the most comforting food which keeps you warm and hydrated. Its simple and light and takes few minutes of Preparation . Its healthy and nutritious . Just follow the simple Steps. 

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube
  • 3/4 Pieces of Chicken (Neck and Wings)
  • 1 small piece of Ginger
  • 1 tsp Wheat flour
  • Salt for taste
  • 5 Garlic Pods
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion (med size)
  • 1/2 tbsp masala milk powder
  • 2 tbs of Milk
  • 1 tbsp Jeera(Cumin Seeds)
  • Coriander for garnish

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SOUP :

  • Take a bowl. Add chicken Pieces, 2 pods of garlic, Ginger, 1/2 tsp salt and bring It to boil.
  • Then take a vessel and put It on on a medium flame. Add Oil, 3 pods of garlic(sliced), Jeera and stir It till It gets golden brown.
  • Add Wheat flour and stir It well.
  • Now strain the boiled water and keep the chicken Pieces aside and Shred the Chicken Pieces.

  • Add this water to the vessel and let all the Ingredients cook together.
  • Add 1/2 tsp of Masala milk powder to mixture and One Chicken stock Cube for flavor. When done with this. Then add Milk and stir It continuously.
  • Now at last add the shredded chicken and stir the mixture properly.
  • Serve Hot and garnish It with Coriander leaves.
